How to Login to Mind That

Mind That is a practical application to organize jobs faster and more efficiently. This guide will show you how to log in to your Mind That account and utilise its features. It is a relatively simple process that requires an email address linked to your account and a secure password. This tutorial will also discuss resetting your password and enabling two-factor authentication. 

Logging in via Email and Password

First, open your web browser and type in the URL address to navigate the Mind That website. You will redirect to the login page.

On the login page, (a) input the linked email on the designated text field. 

Next, (b) input the secure password on the text field. You may use a password manager app to fill in the pertinent details or (c) tick the "Remember Me" checkbox to store the login details on your browser.

If you don't remember the password, click the (d) "Forgot my Password" button to recover your account.

Clicking (e) the "Log In" button will redirect you to the Mind That dashboard. 

 

Resetting Password


Click the "Forgot your password" button on the login page to reset your password (a). This will redirect you to the Forgot Password page and prompt you to type in your email.

On the text field, (b) type in the email address linked to your account.

Click the (c) "Email Password Reset Link" Button. You will receive an email that contains the password reset link.

 Your password reset email link should look like the image below. 

Click on the (a)" Reset Password" button. You may copy the URL (b) provided in the email and paste it into your web browser. 

Clicking on the "Reset Password" button or pasting the URL will navigate you to the below page. This page has three text fields, each requiring input to acquire your new password. 

Click on the (c) text field for Email Address and input the email address associated with your Mind That account.  

Click on the center text field and (d) input your New Password, ensuring it is safe and secure by combining capital letters, small letters, and special characters. 

Click on the bottom text field, and (e) confirm your new password by retyping it. 

Lastly, (f) click on the "Reset Password" button, and you will now have a new password linked to your Mind That account. Go to the login page and try out your password.

Important Note: Mind That staff and employees do not have access to your passwords.

Enabling Two-Factor Authentication

In the dashboard, (a) click the dropdown button on the upper rightmost part of the screen beside your profile picture. This dropdown button allows you to manage your profile. 

Look for the "Profile" button and click (b). This will redirect you to the User Profile page.
Scroll down and look for the "Two-factor Authentication" section below the Update Password section. To use Two-Factor Authentication, (c) toggle it on by clicking the "Enable" button; this will prompt you to type in your secure password.

Once two-factor authentication is enabled, (d) you must first download the Google Authenticator for Android Devices or turn on two-factor authentication for your Apple ID to scan the QR code and receive the random tokens.

Recovery codes (e) will automatically show on-screen once two-factor authentication is enabled. This will help recover your account if you lose your Two-Factor Authentication Device. You can regenerate new recovery codes by clicking the "Regenerate Recovery Codes" button. Ensure to store these codes using a Password Manager App.

You can disable two-factor authentication anytime by (f) clicking the "Disable" button.
