How to Create Jobs using Mind That as a Client/Guest

An essential feature of Mind That is the ability for guests or clients to send a job order to a company easily and ensure that the company promptly receives and acts upon the jobs. In this guide, we’ll teach you how to create a job request and how to know that your job has been received.

Job Request Form

The initial step in creating a job request is to navigate to the company’s Mind That Job Request website. The website has designated text fields for information and references that the company may need for record purposes.

Job Request Forms Vary for Each Company
Important Note: The job request forms, including some text fields, may vary for each company. There are, however, interfaces and information that may be similar across all job requests. Fill in all the necessary details required in the given text fields.

Filling out the Form

To complete the form, type in (a) your personal information such as name, email address and phone number.

This field is a site selection box (b). Click the Up/Down arrow on the side to choose the nearest job site.

In the Job Name section, (c) indicate the kind of service or job request you want to be done—for example, aircon repair.

Type in a (d) more comprehensive description of the problem in the Job Description text field.

You can also (e) add images, videos or PDF files to give the company a better picture of the problem and solve it accordingly. You can directly upload a video or images to the job request form on your mobile phone.

Once all required fields are filled, (f) click the “Log Job” button.

Job Confirmation

After clicking the Log Job button, you will redirect to a new page stating that the job request has been received. You may receive a confirmation email at the email address you typed in on the job request form. There are other ways to confirm your job request, which may differ for each company. Rest assured that instructions will be provided for a smoother transaction.

Job Request Confirmation May Vary for Each Workspace
Important Note: Confirmation of job requests may vary for each company. Some images shown here may not reflect how a company would process your job requests.

You should receive something like the image above when checking your email account for an email confirmation. It is important to note that this does not necessarily reflect how a company would send its confirmation, as they may vary. See Note above
