How to View Jobs

This guide provides instructions on how to view and filter jobs in your Mind That account. It will cover topics such as accessing the Mind That dashboard, viewing job details and setting up filters to help you seamlessly navigate and manage your job orders.

To access the Mind That Dashboard, open your web browser and navigate to the Mind That website. On the website, log in to your account.

Logging in will redirect you to the Mind That Dashboard. The page will show a general overview of all recent jobs, upcoming jobs, bills, etc.

Viewing Jobs

Move your cursor to the main navigation tab, and (a) click the Jobs button beside the Dashboard button. A drop-down menu will appear with categories showing All Job, My Jobs, etc.

Alternatively, (b) click the View All Jobs button on the Recent Jobs sidebar.

All Jobs Page

Clicking the All Jobs button prompt will redirect you to the All Jobs Page.

The All Jobs page (a) shows all relevant information and presents the data in a table. The table lists the Job Order Number, Job Name, Site, Vendors, Job Creation and Due Dates, Priority, and Status.

You can (b) arrange all the data in Ascending/Descending order by clicking the Up/Down button beside the Information Titles.

To start viewing jobs, (c) use the Search Bar to look for a specific job—type in the Job Order Number, Status or Vendor in the designated text field. Alternatively, you can use the Global Search feature to look for a job. See the Global Search tutorial on how to use the feature.

Filtering Jobs

In the All Jobs Page, notice the  Filter Buttons such as Bills Payable, Date Created, and More Filters. These records/category filters can further pinpoint the jobs you’re searching for.

You can change the data shown on the table or filter data by clicking on the icon beside the "Show Archived" toggle button. A drop-down checklist will appear, and checking an option will show the specific data on the master table. For example, we're adding tenant data to the table. See the image above for reference.

More Filters

Records/Categories may vary for each Workspace/Company
Important Note: The records/categories shown on the More Filters menu are not fixed and may vary for each workspace/company. Account managers and those with access can change them using the Company’s Account Settings under General Settings. See the tutorial on these features.

When you (a) click on More Filters, a drop-down menu shows other category filters such as Sites, Job Types, Job Owners, etc. These category filters can further funnel the needed information, making navigation faster and more efficient.

Show Archived

You can show archived jobs by clicking on the "Show Archived" toggle button. Any archived jobs should appear on the table.
